Terms & Conditions (English)

By using Tahaddani you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Abdulrazzaq Alkumait, based in Iraq. Last updated 19 September 2026.

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use this app.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for activity on your account.
• Do not impersonate others or choose a misleading or offensive username.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Acceptable use

While using the app — particularly in voice chat and shared rooms — you must not engage in harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech; post sexual content; cheat, exploit bugs for coins or advantage; attempt to compromise the app, its servers or other accounts; or use the app for anything unlawful.

Voice chat is peer-to-peer and is not recorded or monitored, which means we cannot review what was said in it. If someone mistreats you, leave the room and contact us. Do not share personal information over voice with people you do not know.

Virtual coins

• Coins are a limited licence for in-app use and have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for money, or moved between accounts.
• They are non-refundable and are permanently forfeited if your account is deleted or closed.
• We may change coin pricing, availability and in-game value at any time.

Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your account with them.
• Renewal occurs unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation is managed in your store account settings, not inside the app.

Refunds: we do not process refunds and have no ability to. Payment is taken by Apple or Google directly. For Apple purchases use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Android use the Google Play help centre. Refunds are governed solely by those stores' policies.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, logo and question content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission. Content you upload (such as your avatar) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to display it in the app to operate the service, and you are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.

Availability, liability and termination

The app is provided "as is". Features may change or be withdrawn, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, coins or progress. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under your local law. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with coins and benefits forfeited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
